At the moment, we are still waiting for a court date, but are hoping to get one soon because our lawyer filed an urgent motion. So, in the meantime, for those curious about how legal matters work, we are making our urgent motion factum available to the public. A factum is the written version of the argument being presented to the court, and provides parameters for the oral hearing. This particular factum explains why our matter needs to be heard at this particular time. Consistent with the statement we recently made on the importance of consulting strippers, our steadfast position is that strippers should have been, and should be, consulted in the design of pandemic safety guidelines for strip clubs.
